Physical and Environmental Development Projects such as:
- Micro drainage system;
- Sanitation facilities such as septic tanks, public toilet and bath, and laundry;
- Sewer lines and small-scale wastewater treatment plant;
- Water supply systems comprising of well drilling, pipe laying, elevated storage tank, public faucet, rain water collection tank and tapping of main line from existing water works or spring source;
- Solid waste disposal management system that involves development of areas for solid waste disposal, waste segregation, composting, and drop and collection points;
- Pathways to include widening and paving of walkway/roadway;
- Site development to comprise geodetic works, earthworks, provision of power supply facilities and amenities;
- Rip-rap and retaining wall structures, gravity walls, i.e. dikes to control soil erosion and landslides;
