Requirements to avail of the Grant

1. Endorsement letter from the LGU
   
2. Project proposal with work and financial plan
   

Steps in Processing Grants 

1. Project proposal based on the prescribed format
   
2. Project proposal shall be reviewed and endorsed by the Project Management Unit
   
3. The Project Management Unit endorses the proposal to the Steering Committee for final review
   
4. The Steering Committee grant final approval of the proposal
   
5. The result of the proposal evaluation will be communicated immediately to the proponent
   
6. Project Agreement signing between the proponent and Philssa
   
7. Philssa will facilitate release of the funds to the proponent
   

Other Mechanics 

1. Philssa prepares the Grant financial scheme and guidelines
   
2. Philssa to monitor the project implementation
   
3. Project proposal with 12 months project duration
   
4. Project cost from 250,000 to 1 Million for civil works
